This time it appears - I am not sure - that a DDOS was performed.

How does a Canadian launch formal US investigations?

you need to bring a copy of your website to the child protection department of the FBI and demand attention and an investigation..

Whoever is doing this you will pay the price.

That doesn't tell me much pedo, but its a either someone trying to flood your webserver with so many open connections that it cannot serve any further information, or this could be part of a horridly written exploit, im not going to waste my time scanning your server because I don't really care that much. Either way, this is a DoS at this point from one host. ;) This isn't a DDoS from what you're showing, and it doesnt take anyone in info sec to see what Ive just said. Give up now before you waste more of your own time.

Someone has installed a UOY on your server which is causing packets to ERA. The only solution is to obtain a DEKCUF or consult NI. Perhaps someone with a EHT or DAEH might be able to help you.
