Big difference between this guy and what Brad does. Brad has content shot in many various places all done totally on the up and up. Shooting content of drunk college girls in public places, potentially supplying them alcohol and talking shit to the news and doing it all right in little small town america is a big difference from what Brad does.

I mean seriously when you get to where you're getting publ and making money before you get pub you've got to clean things up as much as you can. Even slight improprieties will get your ass handed to you by the feds if they feel you're getting a lot of pub. So if you're doing it all legit then I hope it works out best for you, but if you're not then you're only getting what greed and ego earn you in this biz eventually. Not all money is smart money.

Yes, I'm assuming that the guy in Nebraska does things right. Model releases and all of that stuff. My point is though that if you run porn sites and are in a more conservative area you STILl have to be worried.

And in the area he's in, they might have strict laws on what you can do! Some states/counties have laws that ban any shooting of adult material! And I know that NE is strict on some adult content, I dont' know the laws exactly, but it's nothing like LA!

necodeds love to be on his channel 7/9 news. When it isn't the greatest thing! He didn't mention any model releases in the news story! And the way he explained it made it should like he didn't have his shit together! And if he does, you can't go around saying on NEWS that these are real girls doing this while their DRUNK! Sure making up a story line online and saying the same storyline on the NEWS makes it look REAL and you don't want to the feds to think it is REAL, cuz they need to know that it is all staged!
