This is one of those " It's so fucked up it's gotta be real " stories WITH video.

Cops show up to a White Castle where a 400lb dude is going postal for some reason. Altercation-dude subdued-dead dude-cops in trouble.

All that over a burger...

Attack the police and they will come at you with force until you are subdued. Is it really that hard to understand for these "innocent" Blacks?

Well, at least we can take comfort in the fact that if they riot, their astounding level of intelligence will lead them to harm themselves and their own communities.

The dumb fuck was high on cocaine and angel dust. He weighed 400 lbs. He attacked the cops. He deserved to have his ass beat...white or black.

Just recently out this way an 18 year old Hispanic Male started shooting at cops after a brief auto chase. The police officers returned fire wounding the young man pretty bad (he is still alive). The next day his parents are on the news saying the officers used excessive force and that they should have just "shot the gun out of his hand" not shooting him several times. They are making a huge deal out of it.

Who the fuck do they think they are. Your kid shoots at cops and of course the officers were white so it turns into excessive force for firing back. Such ignorance sickens me.

That man punched a police officer. Looks like a by the book arrest to me. I can't belive they treated the officers as suspects :mad:

But they killed him. He didn't take a knife or gun to them, he just took a few swings at the officers. I don't think he deserved to die. If he punches a cop, he gets punched. If he tries to kill a cop and they kill him, then THAT is necessary force. But it didn't look to me like he was trying to kill the cops. He didn't even have a weapon.

There's a difference between intentionally killing and someone dying after a scuffle. The guy died in the hospital. The cops didn't try to kill the guy.

those cops could never of known that what they did would kill that man. That was not there intent, that is obvious. I have hit people a lot worse than that when I was an officer.

i wouldn´t risk to test if he can still stand up. this one rises 3 or 4 times. better one unnecessary punch and be sure he is stays down than stop punching and find out he still has enough power to knock you out or even worse...

if they were trying to kill the fucker, they'd have thrown a few head shots his way.

He wasnt restrained yet. You can see they are trying to get his arms behind his back. He was obviously not complying. At that point of the scuffle he could have pulled out a weapon or anything. He was not "unable to fight" he was still struggling and not restrained. Watch the video again.

neighbor dude across the street punched a cop who was trying to cuff him, and got maced and his ass handed to him by 3 other cops, while the dudes father was yelling at him.. "that's what you get tough guy".

They hit him in the head over and over. Hitting people in the head with weapons has been known to cause death. I feel terrible for the guy's family :(

Who says the beating even caused his death? We don't know that. He was a fucking druggie with an enlarged heart. BUT, even if the beating killed him....TO FUCKING BAD!!! Put your hands behind your back when you are told and none of that will happen.

One of my little brother's friends got his ass beat by the cops once. (yes, he was white, can you believe that?) He is a cocky little fucker who tried to fight with the cops. He got his ass beat, we all told him he deserved it, and life went on.

dunno about that.. were they supposed to kill the man just cos he attacked the cops with bare hands? That one police officer seemed to be beating out of some kinda vengence too!

it still appalls me people think like you.. Try joining the military or a police force and see what these people deal with on a day to day basis

Sorry, I've got to disagree with you on that. I was a reserve deputy sheriff with the maricop county S.O. If a guy that big is coming at you, you don't give a damn what color he is, you just want him down and subdued before he has a chance to hurt you, kill you, or take your weapon and kill others too. It happened to me a couple of times and couldn't have cared less what color they were.

I watched the video and those cops were performing TEXTBOOK strikes with their batons in order to put the guy down and NOT kill him. They never went for the head, or the elbows or knees (which will main you for life), and they did the job EXACTLY as they were supposed to. Cops are NOT paid to get beaton and killed, they are paid to protect us from crazy fuckers like that.

He died in police custody but not at the scene. A drugged up 400 pound man not complying with law enforcement and struggling for so long can die from many reasons.

He needs to be restrained. What are they supposed to do let him go crazy and harm innocent people or themselves?

infact the next time some 400lb man starts beating your ass I hope the cops try everything else before using force to get him off you

What suprises me the most, is this:

Most of the people who want to pull our troops out of Iraq because they are dying, never give a second thought to our police officers who die or put their lives on the line every day! So, I guess we should pull our cops out of the ghettos too huh?

If some druggie comes in my house, and goes crazy like that, I have the right to shoot and kill him. But we expect officers to go to where the druggie is out of control, and when they are attacked, they should be careful not to hit him in the head?? That is totally fucked up!!
