Jordan is my favorite.

Gutterboy 08-14-2003 03:21 AM

Jordan. He's the classic combination of grace and power.

Shaq & Manute are good mostly because they're genetic freaks.

True... but Wilt did do the same before him....

BTW, favorite last second MJ shot... the one where he pushed Bryon Russell to the ground before shooting the J at the top of the key....

Why?

Because they always play it and Bryon Russell will always look like a bitch...

Laker Fan = hate the rest of the West

SLY1 08-14-2003 03:52 AM

yes

Tuga 08-14-2003 03:54 AM

Magic ! :thumbsup

SLY1 08-14-2003 04:03 AM

Is Grant Hill ever going to stop getting hurt?

DonnelKobe 08-14-2003 04:06 AM

Even if he did it wouldn't help their chances in the East.. I think New Jersey really stacked up their team nicely... They were getting to the finals without Mourning, and they'll get to the Finals with him.

You got a good point..but if Kobe plays we win three more rings.

SLY1 08-14-2003 04:19 AM

The Lakers lost last year because Rick Fox got hurt.

Not career points per game, Jordan owns that category. Wilt has most of the big single season and game records.

it's Jordan, no contest. Wilt was awesome but he was a freak just like Shaq is a physical freak now. Wilt only won 1 championship? Can't compare with Jordan there.

There are lots of guys now and will be more with Jordan's skillz, Kobe and McGrady now, but there won't be anybody come along with Jordan's mental toughness and competitiveness.

Larry Bird.

For a goofy white hick who couldn't jump he was damn good, he made everyone around him better, and he was incredibly competitive and mentally tough.

Not flashy like some of the others, but I would take Bird before anyone and definitely before all the flashy wankers of today's game if I was drafting a team.

Edited: Not that Jordan was a flashy wanker. haha. I just realized that may have been read into what I posted.

blofer80 08-14-2003 05:23 AM
