Everybody is happy that Sadaam Hussein is out of power ( even tough the US were pretty buddy-buddy in the 80's),. Even more, the world would be happier if he and his sons were found and tried for crimes against humanity in an INTERNATIONAL court, not in a US-Guantanomo masquerade. Nuremberg is a good example of how it can be done.

This said, and I know that a lot of right wingers cannot separate issues, this invasion was done under false pretenses, destroying the credibility of the US , political relations with former allies and an International organisation ( the UN).

If the real goal was to topple the regime and bring Sadaam to justice, why didn't the US just say so. Why the lies and deceptions?

The international community clearly had no intention of seeing Saddam gone. 4 Resolutions were "last chance" resolutions... and he just said "fuck you" at every turn.
