So I Had a Heart Attack
I knew something was wrong and I didnt even realize it.Beginning of the year I had trouble breathing and coughing alot.I actually thought I had covid as it was the same symptoms. When I went to urgent care they initially diagnosed me with pneumonia and gave me meds for it. But it got worse. I went back and xrays showed a big build up of fluid in my lungs and elevated heart enzymes and was sent to hospital in ambulance. Yjey did all kinds of tests and blood work and an angiogram and my main artery was 90 percent clogged and another artery clogged but not as bad. They said I had a heart attack. My heart was at 45 percent function wasnt pumping enough blood causing fluid buildup in my lunds and legs. I had 2 options. Bypass surgery or put stents in. I went the stent route. It worked good so far but need go back do the other artery. Even tho no open heart surfery it really messes you up for a long while especially with all the meds.
BIG POINT IS CHECK YOURSELVES OUT. Get exams and bllod work done as you never know. Doc said I was a week away at most from not being here anymore.Im still not out of the woods yet and still chance I may need bypass surgery but so far so good, |
Glad you caught it in time. Wishing you a smooth recovery.

Glad you're ok Dude.

As we get older we need to pay a lot more attention to our health.
Glad you are okay. |
nattokinase and a good vitamin K 7 , heaps of fresh garlic crush it and then eat the entire clove, beets ,beets, and more beets. Have a little garden even if it is just a pot next to the windows, they are easy to raise. Eat them daily. Don’t cook them. 2000mg per day of a liposomal vitamin c. I buy beekeeper natural brand in liquid pouches. Cardiovascular disease is what guys our age die from. Get pro active and beat the odds. Two guys I do business with who are the same age both had two heart attacks in the last year. They refuse to change their lifestyle and continue to drink., eat junk food, and shoot thousands of rounds at the range in addition to subjecting themselves to sleep deprivation. Go to bed at 9pm every night and wake up at 4 or 5 am and go out and watch the sunrise while you walk briskly. Switch out coffee for yerbe mate with some yerbe matte and stir in a few tablespoons of cacao powder and green tea. open up your system. Doctors are corupt morons.

omg lucky!
question, do you smoke? also, did you notice anything like days or weeks before, like, any pre-warning signs with your heart or surrounding area? nice to hear you made it out alive man. |
So glad that the doctors spent the time to figure it out.
Try to rest and I am thankful you're around ol friend. |
I'm glad you caught it in time Joe. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Life is so fragile.
|
Good you recovered from this ! We should check out blood lipids every now and then. I found out I have high LDL cholesterol, taking psylium husk now and so far it works quite good.
|
Glad you've made it through, Joe! Stay strong!

horrible stuff, worrying for life, and it can make everything change in your perspective...
Gary & I both send love and hope you´re going to be ok! We constantly worry about either of us going, and if so, how to live after either of us goes... from business to personal life and effects. We would want our family to find family stuff and not worry about the adult stuff and of course the business, the income, the worries, it´s all very concerning. Sadly, any of us can go at any moment, any of us, just by an accident or a tragedy... best wishes AMA, be strong and hopefully with the health care these days, a heart attack, you can be alright for many year to come! Here´s to another many years :thumbsup |
Get well soon!
Take your meds an walk in the park. :thumbsup |
Sorry to hear about that hey, but happy to hear that you are all good now. Hope you have a speedy recovery

I had a bypass in 2013. Nothing about it was fun. But I wouldnt be here today if I didnt go through the surgery. It has not been easy. Its a whole lifestyle change. be prepared
|
Thank the heavens you are ok and caught this fast. Keep yourself well.
I've been struggling with so many health issues over the past year and a lot of them stemmed from there. I've had a heart thing since I was 18, but that seemed to have survived that. But can't smell at all and can barely taste. I 100% recommend you all keep yourselves checked out, because none of us is getting any younger. |
Good to hear they got it in time, there's a lot that can go wrong with little or no symptoms.
Until last August I thought PSA stood for Public Service Announcement. At least up until the day my Dr was looking at my annual blood work and said "uh-oh, well... maybe we caught it in time" When I asked him what the "uh-oh" was (a sound you NEVER want to hear your Dr make) he said my PSA was very high, he explained it stood for Prostate Specific Antigen and it's a marker for prostate cancer, normal is under 4, mine was 19.1 After a bunch of MRIs and a prostate biopsy (that's a fun time right there) I was told I had a pretty advanced prostate tumor and it had to come out. So after a few months of drugs to shrink it down a bit they removed my prostate this past Monday, as I'm typing this there's a tube coming out of what's left of my dick and running to a bag full of my piss, I'll never have a natural erection again although they told me I could get an implant that pumps it up (I call it a Frankenweenie). So if you're over 40 start getting a PSA check every few years, the earlier they catch it the better. My surgeon thinks they got it all, but for the rest of my life I'll be waiting for it to show up somewhere else :) |
Sorry to hear that Ama - To be honest I am just waiting for my first one - I have all the health indicators...

Many of us are in the same generation. Any day can be our last. I truly believe our goal should be to release all worldly attachments such as greed, lust, hate, etc. I am far from perfect but trying more every day. Prepare for the next journey whatever that is but I think it is reasonable to believe we are better off in what comes next if we prepare ourselves. I know it is tough to stop looking at ladyboy pictures but you guys gotta try. My most challenging issue is hatred for hate filled false accusers who participated in the abuse of my daughter and stole part of her childhood. I am still not over it. The fact that my wonderful daughter has a pure heart and begs me not to get further revenge on these child abusers helps a lot. Shows that truth and love win in the end.
But getting past it and being grateful for being alive each day is one of the ways to avoid cardiovascular disease. |
You should take another vaccine because COVID itself has a higher chance of cardio issues than the vaccine, so the vaccine is definitely smart to keep taking. I suggest you go get boosted immediately because studies show COVID itself really hurts the heart.
Can't risk another COVID infection, so definitely, boost up right away! |

is there any chance in this world that you can stop being a fucking asshole? . |
Dude, sorry to hear that.
Smart choice NOT doing the byPass. Get better soon! |

Glad you are ok!!
But maybe this is a warning sign that maybe you shouldn't get so consistently upset about understanding various platforms and how they can be so frustrating. I am with you but remember it's all just data entry at the end of the day, not worth getting so upset and risking your health over Clips4Sale etc. :) Hope you stay healthy and happy Joe!! :) |
