Last week I started a thread about necoeds and some content that i paid and never got (more than 40 days ago).
It's about time everyone to see how this jerk deals with his clients

after he saw the webmasters posted in my thread and supported me ,
he became chicken and started posting LIES, he is worse than Sahaf on this...

STRAIGHT FACTS:

HE NEVER OFFERED ME MY MONEY BACK
HE NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK
HE NEVER UPLOADED THE CONTENT (he uploaded 27mb from the 2CDs that i paid at the end of that day)
HE NEVER SENT THE CDS WITH FEDEX

this guy is hilarious, he hopes that i will not refund and expects anyone in this planet to believe him

this is a world record of lies
i almost feel mercy for him

but the true is that I never got any content , he never fedex the content , he never refunded the money
he is big jerk and i feel like idiot who trusted him, paid the content in advance, waited that long and kept hearing all these lies.

i lost money and time with this jerk
i hope i will be his last victim.....

if paypal just do a "never received order" thingy on him and u will get your money back unless he can prove he sent it.

I did send it.... I have no comment on this prick other than he can fuck off

he left out and added some of that shit in icq.....

i'd post the entire log .... but he's not worth it

paypal provides me with no protection because he's not in the us.....

time to get do a chargeback on this scammer ace.

necoeds, weren't you supposed to upload the entire thing so he could download it? if so, did you do that and send him the link?

if you are pissed and don't want to give him his content, you have to refund his money or you're stealing. there is no law in any country that i've heard of that says if you feel someone insults you, you may keep their money without providing the goods or services they paid for.

isn't it that simple? or am i missing something?

i've done biz with alot of other people on here, and have always stood by my word.

i uploaded, and he downloaded part of the content.... he didn't the rest in the form of a download

necoeds - bottom line

did you accept his money?

when he had trouble getting the content, did you upload it and make it accessible for him?

Dr-Ace, if you paid by paypal email them all the relevant information. Tell them the content was supposed to be fed-ex and it has never arrived.

They will email the merchant to confirm if they sent the order out, to provide tracking numbers etc. You don't have to accept non-delivery as the end of this. If the deal was fedex delivery, hold him to it. or get your money back.

How hard is to burn some cd's & fedex it to him? Finish the deal & move on.

I guess Necoeds doesn't need anymore business.. lol By the looks of things and the way you are handling things your customer base is going to be dropping.

when i pay for content, i expect all the content i pay for, not just part.

Dr Ace deserves his money or the content. This is total BS. You saidi n the last thread you had refunded him the money. Well freaking do it then. How long does a paypal thing take? Just do it or send the content or upload the content. This is not right.
