Our military has done an excellent job of protecting America. When was the last time that foreign troops have invaded America, or foreign aircraft have bombed America, or a Naval vessel has fired upon America, or a missile been launched into America. How many countries around the world have felt the power of the American Military, including yours? How many millions have died at the hands of the American military. A Joke??? I think not.Comment

Most people haven't given this much thought but the United States military kicked ass in the last large scale operation it was in. Iraq was considered the world's 4th largest army in the world, the and United States military quickly destroyed the Iraqi military and removed Saddam's government from power. Not only was it a completely overwhelming victory, but it happened so quickly it surprised everyone. The war was over with the first strike, which took out all of the Iraqi military's communications.
You are saying the United States Air Force is a joke, yet most likely this happened because the Iraqis failed to communicate where they were. The USAF saw what they thought was the enemy and destroyed them.Herschel Savage
