I know the feeling I noticed i have gained some extra weight :( It from sitting at the computer all day I tend to mucnh much more....get up and walk away from the machine! I started walking last to try and get back to where i was :) 175 lbs!!

Oh! and when you start to gain a little weight after exercising...remember! muscle weighs more than fat...so your clothes WILL fit better...but you'll weigh more...believe me its ok:thumbsup

Like anything in life.... avoid the shortcuts. Work is where it's at.

Like most of the people replyed... lower your caloric intake... and increae your exercise. Weight lifting to tone your muscles, and cardio such as running, cycling, walking, swiming, areobics to actually lose the weight.

Im not just blowing smoke out my ass.... I live by this recipe. I have to keep a constant "healthy" weight for the sport I do.

No shortcuts baby!!

Well i am starting to walk a few miles a day...i used to run all the time so I am hoping to get back to it once i am able to walk and not feel so winded...the point was get up from your machine once in awhile even walking is better then nothing :)

Output > Input = Weight Loss

Exercise more to have more calorie output, eat less to have less calorie input. Drugs will inhance them in a certain way...but that's the basics of it.

depends on how bad you really want to lose weight. If it really matters to you to see the needle on the scale move to the left - chop off a leg. That's gotta be a good 15 pounds there. After that i would proceed carefully, if you chop off the other leg you're going to be rolling around on one of those boards with wheels for the rest of your life. So chop off one of your arms. You'll still be ambulatory, learn to hop good.

Good point I have a rotweiler the problem is he hates to run....dog is as lazier as me lol!!

And yeah water is much better the thousand Mt Dews I drink and of course eating right is important!
