War Protest - Proof CNN is Fucked

Every news agency on the fuckin planet is reporting these protests around the world against war in Iraq as being in the millions, Sky says in the "tens of millions". Theres well over a million protesting in London alone "right now".

CNN called it "hundreds" when referring to specific protests earlier in the day. The latest I hear from them was that it is in the hundreds of thousands and they show scantily populated streets with a few protesters. You have *got* to see this man, its text book stuff. Compare the coverage on CNN and SKY.

Fuck me.... this is amazing.

Scott McD 02-15-2003 09:21 AM

These anti-war people are pissing me off...

stocktrader23 02-15-2003 09:21 AM

You must be crazy. You should watch CNN ONLY for your news. It doesn't matter what part of the world you are in. CNN is it. Everyone else is retarded!

Why?

Scott McD 02-15-2003 09:26 AM

Would these people who have filled the streets of London, Glasgow and everywhere else be so against a war if one of their own family members were killed in some sort of terrorist attack ?

Would their opinion change ?

Over 1 million are protesting at Hdye Park in London just now. By the look of the crowd, most are fuckin' from elsewhere anyway. Iraqi people likely. Thousands live here now because of this bloody asylum seeker shit. Britain is fucked up...

Are you trying to suggest Sadaam is responsible for the terrorist attacks on the U.S.?

No, but I think they would have no worries in carrying out future attacks on the U.S & Britain...

Why wait untill something else happens like the last time. If they do have any links to Osama's terror network, they are a threat...

:2 cents:

Scott McD 02-15-2003 09:34 AM

Honestly, watching this on Sky for the last 2 hours, half of that crowd don't even look British. They might live here now, but they ain't British...

We obviously have no worries carrying out future attacks on people we fear "might" attack us. Should they use that as a good reason to launch a new terrorist attack on us?

Go look up the word "propaganda".

Sheesh, and give it up man. No-one wants this war.

I dont and I'd swear this is proof that 80% - 90% of the UK propulation do not want this war. Id call it as much as 95% percent (if you take out all the fucked up people).

That's just the UK. No-one wants this fucked up war.

dirtdigger 02-15-2003 09:37 AM

war is shit but sometimes need war. Not this time war needed

Yeah, but this isn't like some Brits or Americans are gonna be putting radioactive shit somewhere, or sending suicide bombers to fuck up Iraq. A war is a war. Not the same as an everyday threat to living. I'm not giving a shit just now as it isn't changing my daily routine, but how many airports and other things are sufferng just now because of this...

If we invade IRAQ without UN approval, expect thousands of september 11. And it's going to create a horrible mess about international issues and pre-emptive policies.

Couldn't agree more.

X37375787 02-15-2003 09:56 AM

I wonder what percentage of the American population actually thinks that the war is completely and outrageously ridiculous and unnecessary ...

Pretty obvious that the rest of the world is against it.

Fucking Bush on his power trip.

Someone take that fucking ring off his hand.

I really don't think it is about oil. The rest of the world wouldnt allow the US to take control of the oil.

I believe Bushes motive is simple. He has failed at just about everything he has done and he knows a war with Iraq is something there's no way in hell he can fail at. He failed at finding Bin Laden so he changed his focus to an easier target. Plain and simple. This is what scares me about him. Hitler was the same way, a failure that got into power.
