I promote CECash on the boards. The boards aren't the same anymore. People don't care anymore. Webmasters are worried about their bottom line [rather than posting].

Do you send traffic to CE.

Does employing a marketer such as Lee Noga effect your desicion in sending traffic to them?

she has been banned on 2 of the busiest boards on the net, does this restrict her effectivness? will she be banned elsewhere?

Miss Noga is having a bad trip.

She has been paid for a long time by the board she now hates most.

Since the day that $$$ ended..She turned her back on them.

She tried creating her own board unfortunately that adventure ws a failure....guess why .....

It is easier to bitch than do something yourself.

as far as CE. If she is to be effetive at marketing for CE doenst getting banned from boards make this more difficult to do and doesnt having such a Negative figure as a spokesperson for that company give them a black eye?

Well I know for a fact CE is a very good employer.

I believe (but that is my personal believe) that she tries to get money from everybody. She lives in this fantasy world ...same as Confucy...She can kiss ass & turn around to back stab you...

The 2 faces I have recently seen from Miss Noga is giving me a clear feeling about her Confucy Act...

She props feel safe if she can wear a CE hat....thats my opinion...she make sit very clear she has her old company back whatever that may be.....

I wish everybody that they get what they deserve...so we will see.

FM is a wise man lets not try to look in his head. He props already know what we just see...

Anyway, the boards function for me is a meeting place & some relaxing between meetings & work......

I love what she said about breaking the news on Alt Masters and hahahahahahaha.

A while back. Meat and Aga hired me to design AltMasters due to my experience in building and mantaining gay sites.

I run Alt Masters for the Pond.
The site was built and up and running for 6 months while she ran it. Lee didn't do shit with the board. It sat and sat. No traffic , no sponsors, no updated submissions, no nothing.

I offered to take it over and withing a month. I had traffic jumping all over, Sponsor slots filled up, articles and everything updated within an hour.
Alt Masters get almost as much traffic as most of the main boards on the web. Not too shabby for Gay Webmaster Resource site.
Thou, not many people post on there. Only thing that gets cleaned up on the main board is spam. I clean that shit off. Only one place for that. On the Opps Board.

For as sponsors. The sponsors we have , have been locked up since day one.

Funny that Lee feels the need to attack Net Pond sites.
She was hired to run and operate a Gay Webmaster Resource site that she specializes in.
Never did she once do shit.
Once, I had everything rolling and all ad spots filled up.
She expected to be paid for doing shit.

With hahahahahahaha Threaded Board.
What she fails to realize is. Even if you pay people to post. Its all goes round and round. Gives your sponsors more exposure. More traffic for their programs.
With Sponsors like Content providers, Rev Share programs, etc. Its all in the numbers and exposure.
Whats wrong with doing things a little different?
Just a simple Banner spot just doesn't get it done anymore.

I do a few things different on Alt Masters that no other resource site has done and its proven to be deadly to gaining webmasters in their programs.
The same techinics that we use on a daily basis for Surfers, I did with Webmasters.
Something simple as that.

Just because were Webmasters, doesn't mean we can't use the same tricks on Webmasters that we use on sponsors.

I used to have respect for Lee.
But, nowdays. I think she is bitching cuz she had her hand out and didn't get paid for doing nothing.

Personally, I think she needs to quit bitching and asking for hand outs, get off her lazy ass and do some fucking work.

FM runs a good company and his people love to work for him, from what I hear.

Lee Noga is a cool woman, but you wouldn't want to get on her bad side. She's a smart woman, in my opinion. If she has reason to be mad or pissed, she can make a good argument for herself. Can't a woman be strong minded these days?

I haven't spoken with her in a long time, I'm sure she's still the same Lee. Anyway, I've always liked her.

You might want to post feedback to her on her gossip column which is what seems to be causing all this buzz and link to this thread and maybe you'll get the direct answers you are looking for if she doesn't materialize here first.

GFY is HUGE in NUMBERS of visitors and post,
#1, #2 , #3, and probably even #4 with nearest competitor being #5.

Oprano has a different "niche",
the OWNERS of the paysite to support staff ratio is THE HIGHEST among the webmaster chat boards,
and the MAJORITY of the Oprano members requested to spare them from USELESS piss with 3rd grade webmasters,
and one of the charecteristics of 3rd grade webmasters is...laziness,
thus "registration" process serves as a natural filter.
