I wish you a happy new year.

Mallick has breached the contract again. We have now sued Mallick in the Court in Los Angeles. We expect to receive a Court verdict before the end of January 2012. I will keep you informed about this.

Please tell all account holders that Mallick has breached the contract to pay again, that he does this on purpose and that we have sued him in the Court in Los Angeles. When we receive the verdict, we can take all of his assets (his personal assets). This is the only way to get your money back from this thief.

I can also inform you that Mallick has sued all of the account holders (including yourself) with the Court in Los Angeles, because he claims that they should have taken all the websites with damaging information about him down. He claims that this is damaging his reputation.

Please inform all the account holders you know about the fraudulent ways of Mallick.

I will keep you updated about the progress of this case.

Seriously doubt it, how many people have not signed up for the new variants of epass getting around these days, purely because of what happened in this instance?

Los Angeles Court, lists the accountholders 1 by 1 as "defendant" in countersuit. Some kind of lawyer tactic.

At the same time he is paying off some accounts partially and i guess some in full, without paying the interest owed per the settlement agreement with Z.L..

People who got some money are rushing to the boards and reporting they got paid.

I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding. Chris Mallick is a stand up guy and I'd like to thank him.
