I have shot thousands of clits. My experience is as follows:
Small hood = small clit, never a large clit.
Small to medium hood = small to large clit.
Large hood = small to large hood.
Sometimes small clits are hidden away in a large hood, but mostly the size of the hood reflects the size of the clit. Size of lips can be all over the place, ie large beefy lips but small clit, etc. Ethnic girls' clits are no different than white girls, I would estimate same spread of small to large.
