I read about that (unless there was another) , I also questioned him about it in a thread he started about selling content. He responded that it was a misunderstanding or some shit and all was ok ????

This guy opened his site with TONS of stolen content and claimed it was all licensed. It's just now that he started cleaning up his act and actually purchasing a license, but take a look at his tour and you'll see pics he obviously doesn't own (some of these pics have been floating around the 'net for years - the "public domain" content found in newsgroups, Yahoo clubs, etc.)... So I'm guessing this is about content.

both offences happend a long time ago. The one i just got sentenced for, I have been on probation for 1 year already on it (happend a little over 2 years ago when i was under 21).... My probation officer saw me on the local news about my website, because some of the story was shot with me and my camera crew at a local bar.

My probation officer then revoked my probation because i was in a bar.

I then plead guilty to the charge. And now i was sentenced to jail, instead of just finishing probation.

Unseenworld, maybe I should explain the law here. If you are under 21 and you have ANY alcohol in your system while driving you are guilty of DUI. I had MUCH less than the legal limit is if I were over 21 at the time.

I endangered No-ones life. What I meant to say earlier was that I am sure that most everyone here has had over 0.0000% acholohol in their system before while behind the wheel.

I am in no way saying that I wasn't at fault, I was.
