Bush got the bills he wanted passed, intact and the way he wanted them, without a super majority. So if a man as dumb as Bush can fool so many democrats, including leading democrats, into voting for his agenda, what does that say about the Democratic party and the failure of Obama?

He is a Harvard educated lawyer and professor. None of the professors I had in college used teleprompters.
They were expected to be well versed on their subjects and were very capable of giving a 90 minute lecture with a few pages of notes.

Using a teleprompter for every word he says makes President Obama look simple. Not a trait that I think is good for the leader of the free world.

I said he looked simple over using one. I don't know how intelligent he is. I suspect most of the people I know can read,so that is not an indicator of their IQ's

The pastor at any church can speak for at least 20 minutes giving a sermon. As I said, none of my college professors used one. And some of my engineering profs could talk in great detail for well over an hour without using any notes.
