Epass greater than $2K not working?
 

Is this a hard fact? Is it working for anyone with a greater balance than $2k?

How am I suppose to send in my info? I've emailed them twice this week and I haven't heard anything from them. Should I call instead?

don't even bother trying to call that 3rd world pile of shit, i've been on the phone for hours and its cost me a bomb.

the call waiting message is a fucking joke like the rest of that outfit.

probably have one person answering their single phone line.

i have no replies to email either.

maybe calling visa and complaining about their shitty service could hurry them up, not even sure why a bank like this is allowed to control money under visas name.

What documents do they want?

I have 3 accounts. 2 of them had under $2k and worked today.

The other one had close to $10k, and it's not working. I e-mailed them, but didn't get a reply yet..

email them about 28 hours ago and 2 hours ago , still no damn reply.....

and VV works?

email them and they will email you a form you need to fill out with a certified copy of id and utility bill and statements for source of funds and proposed use of funds.

Yeah over 2k myself and no go for my card, no responses to email yet and called the phone number a few times just goes to a dead voice mail

They said the majority of epass card holders would get their money back , well they might not have been lyiing on that front... perhaps the majority of epass people have less then 2k in their account.

Will wait and see about documents... now i got to start working about my card itself, it expires at the end of november. I asked them about that as well, just responded with I should be able to use my card hehe.... guess not.

I sent my docs in last night but nothing back yet and phone was busy all day

it says right on the form that if u have to fill in docs expect 5 to 10 business days for a reply
