Paxum for all sponsors!

I still do not understand why the sponsors do not adopt it. Add this option and solve this problem for those who live outside the U.S.

Is it so difficult to do this to help everyone? :(

LongBG 10-06-2010 08:46 AM

Maybe sponsors are not stupid enough to ad them.

chronig 10-06-2010 08:48 AM

Fees and feature wise Paxum is by far the best - just a matter of how reliable they will be

Ethersync 10-06-2010 08:49 AM

Isn't their corporate office a UPS Store mailbox or something similar?

roganoli 10-06-2010 08:51 AM

Should worry... This is a serious problem for those who live outside the U.S.

halfpint 10-06-2010 08:53 AM

I wouldent touch paxum with a snotty finger :2 cents:

mrsmut 10-06-2010 08:53 AM

Didn't someone found that Paxum had relationship with a penis enlargment pills scam?

Didn't someone found that Paxum isn't registered as an electronic money company in Canada?

I can't trust my money to someone with this profile.

I'm for OKPay, it seems legit

It was clear from day one that the guy that's running Paxum also runs/owns pillsmoney/oatinternet. While some may feel that's a scam, it's also an indication that they have been in this business for a long time and so unlike others, they understand the nuances.

While they're currently not registered, it's underway... It's also unclear whether they actually need it or not. They're in Quebec, Canada and Quebec has special privileges and laws from the rest of Canada. So while I think it's a federal law, it may not actually apply to Quebec companies.

Re: OkPay.. Have you read their TOS? You should. I think all the money, wallet and card are held in foreign banks. In addition, they'll do gambling which Paxum will not. That's an additional risk in my opinion.

woj 10-06-2010 09:12 AM

clearly after getting burned by epass people are more careful now :2 cents:

zeuse 10-06-2010 09:15 AM

There are alternatives such as okpay and payoneer that are established, and registered.

Registered or not, those are still eWallets with a Mastercard International issuing license and not an insured bank.

femdomdestiny 10-06-2010 09:22 AM

Sponsors

There is one very important thing and that is that with paxum, sponsors can't load money with credit card. For smaller sponsors, this is something they won't accept.

Cash 10-06-2010 09:22 AM

I also vote for Paxum to be the next epass since I trust Octav! He has been paying like clockwork every time on time for many years now!

Unlimited 10-06-2010 09:24 AM

Cashx...

mikke 10-06-2010 09:25 AM

i asked some sponsor about paxum.. he said - whoooo?

kazbalah 10-06-2010 09:29 AM

Whats your point then? Dismiss the registered, established ones and make a beeline for the new one that is neither?

SiMpLe 10-06-2010 09:31 AM

I'm doing my home homework - We want to have a reliable and long-term solution in place to replace epass. I've never even heard of Paxum until recently. woj is right, mighty careful atm who I will choose after getting burned out of 5 figures from epass.

pixovore 10-06-2010 09:38 AM

Vidz.com Webmasters
offer Paxum as a payment option.
Then it will be our affiliates' call to use Paxum or not.
:thumbsup

Get2PayJared 10-06-2010 09:44 AM

Its extremely important to see who the bank is behind the issuance of the cards, whats their history, what features do they have? Is there a physical card and virtual card, how does the system work. I thikn companies should be looking for a long term fix, not just something that will blow up in a couple of weeks because the bank behind it doesn't know what they are doing.....

ajrocks 10-06-2010 09:44 AM

because its that simple. Can you get affiliates to agree that they should all use it?

And cost you a monthly fee....

Si 10-06-2010 09:56 AM

I'm sticking with CashX and OKPay.

Also signed up to payoneer, I know the support sucks but atleast they have been around for a long time.

roganoli 10-06-2010 09:59 AM

AFF and AWE please add Paxum. I will prioritize my traffic for those who pay for Paxum now ...

I have to sell and receive money. I have two kids to raise! Cheques is bad for me here in Brazil

roganoli 10-06-2010 10:01 AM

I can not pay my hosting with this situation

PXN 10-06-2010 10:08 AM

You don't want a monopoly. If one service go bust again we all will be scrambling. Having at least 3 dominate services similar to epass will help to balance the load should one go down.

Beside there are better and safer alternative IMHO.

Paxum is registred as well, even if it's questionable weather or not they require to be under Quebec regulations.

OKPay
  • Does gambling
  • Neteller all over again?
  • Poooooof for webmasters and sponsors from a lot of countries

Payoneer
  • Bad support
  • Highly questionable Israeli setup
  • Electronically crippled card
  • High Fees
  • No p2p

roganoli 10-06-2010 10:14 AM

Agree...:thumbsup

The problem is that nothing is set. Everyone is talking about this or that and nothing to resolve!

I am expecting my first Paxum payments within days. They'r just waiting for the wires to clear I'm told.

Tempest 10-06-2010 10:21 AM

I have a feeling that emc2payouts might become more of an option relatively soon... I know of at least 1 big company that's looking into them and I suspect there might be more... We're just not hearing much about them but I think they're a pretty big company and have actually been involved in adult for many years. They also have far more options and their fees are comparable.

roganoli 10-06-2010 10:22 AM

I setup some sponsors to pay me by Paxum (revengebucks is one). I will prioritize my traffic for those who pay for Paxum now ...

TeenCat 10-06-2010 10:25 AM

why its not called pandum ... :frenchman

roganoli 10-06-2010 10:26 AM

This is the problem! I think the sponsors should adopt one as a defaut. Paxum seems to be better...

No. My point was just simply don't be fooled by anyone. Just because they're registered doesn't mean they're safer and you can trust all your money with them. ePass was registered and look what happened.

At any rate, I do not believe there will be a sole industry standard anymore like ePass was.

Webcams.com is using them now.

I agree.. Also less risk by spreading it around.. I've already got Paxum and Payoneer accounts and am considering CashX as well.

That is correct. There are also a handful of big companies that we are setting up the agreements with right now. We have been in the adult industry for over 15 years and EMC Payouts has been a affiliate/webmaster payout solution for over 5 years. We are currently a registered 3rd party processor with 7 banks in the US and over 10 internationally, so I can assure anyone that there money is very safe.

And for those webmasters who want the prepaid debit card, like Paxum or Payoneer, we have a Visa issued card that has very competitive fees. You also have the option of transferring the money to your bank account, through wire, or an existing credit card.
