These are some of the people I used to train with back in Bedford, My home town where I had a few competions with guys that are well known across the world, returning with trophys for 1st place & others. Good luck for your boys there... but to be honest, the fella on the left looks very unfit & fat. :( |

DirtyDanza, how many hours a day does Roy Nelson train? He must eat boatloads of bacon or something to stay that fat. He's a tough motherfucker and took some brutal punches tonight, but I think he could even out some fights like this by getting in better physical shape. Most people would've been out in the first round taking those vicious punches.

Ive already talked with him .. he's not hurt physically but mentally his pride is hurt.... dos santos really didn't land that many solid shots on roy.... he landed a few but not as many as it looked like... the hair made it look worse...
