Juicy try doing it and making sure you arent bridging 2 of the antenna sections together, i wonder if it only happens if u touch the 2 antennas together. One for phone, one for gps/wifi i think...

It's probably an intentional fuck up on the phone's design just so they can sell what would almost be a mandatory peripheral. Still hilarious either way.

I think people knew calls were dropping, someone just figured out why. Apple probably knew for a while but had no real fix.

The external antenna is a new feature to the iphone 4 that released today/tomorrow. Completely unrelated to any dropped call issues in the past.

LOL at all the iPhone fanboys that were slamming the Evo for its problems and build quality. EVERY phone has issues but this is the 4th time around with Apple and they only have ONE phone, unlike HTC that makes dozens. You would think Apple was smarter than that.
