 I knew about it

A good rule of thumb is never eat products with made up names.
If they can't call it what it is, then it probably isn't something you would want to eat. |

what's wrong with making use of every bit of animal, instead of leaving so much to waste? especially if the end product is jiggly and delicious?
	 |

What the fuck is this, first grade?
	 |

It's why many vegetarians and vegans don't eat Jello. I also thought it was pretty widely known.

Sure, I knew... many products contain gelatin, for example here is one common of Nestle
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Image.../35/002935.jpg I try to avoid only those that contain beef gelatin, just in case. :thumbsup |

eh i feel strong, have incredible energy.. basically if u cant get the shit 100% naturally from nature, by hunting or foraging for it, im not fucking eating it.. period... if i cant pronounce it, im not eating it either
here's what ive been eating in past 7 days: lotsa pasture raised eggs, grass fed rib eye, grass fed skirt steak, grass fed pork, pasture chicken, a lot of water, powdered greens, avocados, some fruits, brazil nuts, almonds, fish oil, krill oil.. thats it.. these are the only things that have entered my system in the past 7 days...nothing more, nothing less :-) :) This is why i missed america.. fucking panama, good luck finding pasture raised chicken/eggs or grass fed rib eye steak.. or even brazil nuts.. i love whole foods 4 life |

I was always told it was pigs trotter (hoof)
Close enough... I've seen Halal gelatin, don't know if that means no animal products at all, or just not pork. |

 Always room for jello
	 |

 i squirted in your jello
	 |

Yup, and Hostess Cupcakes have Beef Fat
You'd be surprised how many items contain animal products. There is a substitute though, it's called agar and it's made from seaweed. You can usually find it in asian markets. |
