365billing / Jettis won't pay me $33,194

Hi All.
365billing.com / Jettis sent sent me a spreadsheet saying what they owe me for three months and then cut off contact. Bizarre indeed. They now owe me for periods going back to early December so heaven only knows what the figure is now.

1. I find this odd as I used to have a good relationship with them.
2. Why to they just stop contact when "everything is fine"

If Jettis reads: I'll give you a hint, not that you need it as to which customer this is.
"G'day"

Anyone else in the same boat here ?

I'm sorry for you also, and anyone else that might may have similar issues. Do you have any information on their corporate structure?

i have a hint for you:

i'd never get a merchant account from someone with an avatar like that :2 cents:

money is serious business and you don't seem to represent that

Kenny B! 05-04-2010 10:20 AM

A bunch of us are owed money from them, they just stopped answering emails and ICQ's.

I see Dan online on ICQ as invisible but he never gets back to me unfortunately. Shame he was a good guy, I don't get why they don't get back to their clients at all.

u know what really suck is.. since most of the adult payment processors are all privately held comapny's we can never find out how much profit they make or lose every quarter. I wish they would acutally tell us there quarterly profits or loss, i would feel alot more comftorable. how do we know ccbill or epoch is not gonig to go bankrupt or close up shop?

angelsofporn 05-04-2010 10:32 AM

Is that all they owe you? You got off easy.

Have your own merchant account and process with NETbilling and you wont need to worry about that.

Sorry to hear

Miguel 05-06-2010 02:53 PM

Is there any info regarding 365/Jettis status?
Last week I heard they're closing 365 and sold Jettis.
But yesterday called to their office and Ryan picked up the phone after 2 weeks of silence. Her answer was "No, Jettis was not sold and running smooth".
The only thing that confused me a bit is that Ryan's voice seemed to be not the voice I get used to hear before. Yeah, I watched "Up in the Air" with Clooney. Who knows...

fatfoo 05-06-2010 03:06 PM

$33,194 - this a big amount of money. A lot of different things come to mind that could be done with the money (if it existed). Here are some options:

1) Downpayment on a $150,000 mortgage for a residential house
2) Downpayment on a mortgage for a commercial property
3) Buy a car costing about $30,000
4) Hire a quality professional employee (such as a receptionist or secretary) for a year
5) Travel and buy cruises around the world by ship
6) Give out loans and/or payday loans
7) Invest in a guaranteed investment certificate at a rate of 5% or better
8) Invest in volatile stocks

I second that.. some people with some large ass numbers owed out there..

If hey still have staff then one would think they are still in biz or planing to do biz on some level.. But after the holding / taking cash for so long and turning the cold shoulder how would do biz with them.

Anyone talking them to court?

Its what the Fonz did in the last few episodes of "Happy Days"

When a shows ratings go south. It's time to bring in some cameos or "jump the shark"

Jumping the shark is an idiom used to describe the moment of downturn for a previously successful enterprise. The phrase was originally used to denote the point in a television program's history where the plot spins off into absurd story lines or unlikely characterizations. These changes were often the result of efforts to revive interest in a show whose viewership has begun to decline, usually through the employment of different actors, writers or producers.

For those that remember Epoch had similar issues back in 2000 and fucked webmasters.

That's a lot of money to be owed. Best of luck to you.

MoldyMan 05-06-2010 11:44 PM

thanks for the support people. As you would all know thats just for a certain period and then there are rebills everyday. So it'd be pretty easy to double that amount over time in a couple of months.

Someone mentioned taking legal action. I'm certainly not going to sit back. I've got my lawyer onto it already. He just keeps asking for documents. So not long now I guess.

OMG, how much have we all lost. I remember IBill and other companies as well where I lost big time with many other webmasters.
