Im not condoning hitting women, nor am i saying that Tito did it or did not put hands on her, but when the cops come to a domestic violence call someone is going to jail. Thats the law. Even if no body was hit. The police use that as a cooling period.



Also keep in mind, if Tito did actually hit her there would be serious damage.

Ah OK, my bad. When I checked it out this morning, all the sites reporting on it were just restating/linking to what had been published on TMZ, so I took the opportunity to make a cheap joke in reference to the Rozlyn Papa thing.

Looks like there has been independent confirmation since then, so I'll just take back my (admittedly lame to begin with) joke and call it a day.
