MaDalton 09-20-2009 05:30 PM

Iron Fist 09-20-2009 05:35 PM

Stupid retards at Wal-Mart... someone who thinks they are child porn must think like a pedophile to begin with....

Joe King 09-20-2009 06:45 PM

I hope the parents win their lawsuits.

plsureking 09-20-2009 06:51 PM

u gotta be an idiot to try to sue walmart. even a billionaire would lose a nice chunk of change in that effort. im sure their action was in their TOS. pedos should process their own film lol

You've got to be an idiot to make a stupid post like this.

taking pictures of your child taking a bath is not pedo.

my mom did it, and your mom prolly did too.

having your children taken away is not laughing matter when youve done nothing wrong but take innocent life pictures.

Fletch XXX 09-21-2009 09:02 AM

wow i watched videos,.... so some fucking doctor got to look inside these childrens vaginas but taking a pic of child is bad? they did physical exams of these kids and put them through more abuse than those innocent photos!

amazing....

Back in the 1980's, I worked in a commercial photo lab. I did everything from receiving film, to splicing film, to processing/developing the film, printing the film and finally inspecting the prints. Pretty much all the 35mm, 26mm, 110mm and Disc prints for all major drugstores in the northeast US.

Print inspection was the hardest because you were streaming thousands of pictures before your eyes, watching for anything troubling of a sexual nature, or printing errors that needed reprint. Nudity was NEVER a big issue whatsoever, never. The only thing that was a big issue, was sexual contact when one or more participant was deemed to be underage. Those we'd mark, cut out of the roll, and turn into the police for them to decide to investigate further or not.

Now first of all I want to ask, who the heck these days still uses a film camera? Second, for someone to think that kids in the tub or bathroom is "sexual" in nature should go directly to a fucking doctor because they are fucking crazy and repressed and have serious issues with understanding what sexuality is.

Vicious_B 09-21-2009 09:11 AM

I cannot imagine how traumatizing that was for those 3 little girls.

If you watched the clip. you would have your answer : they didn't ....

( FYI, people send digital files to be printed ... ).

Note: 26 mm ... I think you had a typo : 16 mm

BradM 09-21-2009 09:52 AM

We're losing the battle people. We're losing.

Ah, I did watch the clip but I didnt see it was a digital, lol. They need a home printer!

When I say 26, I'm referring to the "126" catridges, the actual film comes out nearer to 28mm square, but it was still called 26, or 126.

This has got to be the most retarded reply I have possibly ever saw on gfy. I'm nearly speechless, firstly you want to make a joke about children who are taken away from their family for no real reason, secondly you want to make a joke about 3 children who were forced to undergo a medical examination to inspect if they were assaulted or not, thirdly you want to make a joke about pedo's setting up their own photo lab so they can get away with what they are doing.

Like, honestly what the fuck is wrong with you.

You should be taken, beaten within an inch of your life, preferably by people who have gone through this nightmare and then re asked about your stance.

PurrrsianPussyKat 09-21-2009 10:48 AM

What parent doesn't take pics of their kids in the bathtub? It doesn't mean you're a pervert. They look cute, covered in soap and suds. Kids grow up so fast, it's those moments you want to preserve, to get teary eyed over 30 yrs from then.

My parents took pics of me in the bathtub and they didn't get arrested. What is wrong with people in america today??

camdough 09-21-2009 10:50 AM

When I read what he posted I was thinking the exact same thing.

Angry Jew Cat - Banned for Life 09-21-2009 10:54 AM

This shit is fucking retarded. Seriously. As if people flip out over this. Who didn't have naked pics of them when they were a baby? When I was growing up I had to live with a fucking picture of me running naked through the yard with my little wanger flopping in the wind hanging right on the living room wall! Seriously.

Soon people aren't going to be able to change their kid's diapers without being accused of child molestation...

camdough 09-21-2009 10:55 AM

The report stated that they dropped off digital images to be printed. Which even doing that I would think is expensive. My wife has a little photo printer and she is constantly printing photos herself to send to relatives.

theking 09-21-2009 11:08 AM

This is not the first time children have been removed from the parents over "innocent" pictures...and probably won't be the last. Unfortunately I do not remember the results of previous incidents like this...or even if law suits were filed. I do recall that in at least one incident it was policy...for any and all pictures of nude children...to be turned over to the authorities...and I suspect it may be policy at Walmart...and if it is the parents will probably lose the law suit...unless Walmart simply decides to settle the case.

theking 09-21-2009 11:13 AM

Well...I just now watched the video and it stated that it is Walmart policy.

LiveDose 09-21-2009 11:20 AM

So ridiculous. I hope they win a nice chunk of change.

TheSenator 09-22-2009 08:33 AM

Although, the state had to act by law, common sense should have prevailed. A social worker should have came over that same week and resolve any issue.

I hope they win a large chunk of cash.

lagcam 09-22-2009 09:04 AM

According to the video report the photos in question were of "3 young girls in provocative positions with their genitals exposed"

I wouldn't take pictures of my children naked in the bath, and I wouldn't want to see pictures of other peoples' children naked in the bath.

When our parents' did this in the past, they didn't know that the world was full of sickos who would derive pleasure from naked children.

I do not think walmart did wrong to refer this to the police to allow them to investigate and rule on this. Doing nothing would have been wrong.

thats were things have gotten fucked in the state attorneys office. they saw an easy win in court and went after the numbers so that they could later get elected to higher positions or get hired by a big ffirm.. The ONLY ones who had little discretion was the actual arresting officer. Most likely even he was told to do it by someone else.

Welcome to the The United Police States of America.

Tom_PM 09-22-2009 09:34 AM

No, doing nothing would have been RIGHT. There is a supreme idiocy taking over the land and it's all the same old song and dance! If you have rule that says "I'll know it when I see it" and your normal life is floor length dresses and head coverings, then you're going to "know it when you see" a bare ankle.

People in this industry SHOULD be uniquely qualified to see where this shit jumped the shark, and it was in this MORON employees perverted backwards stunted vision of what is OBSCENE and what is INNOCENT.

Let me try to be even more clear: the person who saw naked children as SEXUAL *is* the PERVERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife said the same thing. I concur with that statement.

Tom_PM 09-22-2009 09:54 AM

There was a story recently where a man hugged and kissed his daughter at a park and was arrested for child molestation. Then they learned the man was the childs father. Oops.

Was that "right"? Better play it safe, right? COULD have prevented something. Right? right.

Ridiculous post.

So the employee, his supervisor, their manager (all who would have had to have been involved before the police were called), the attending police office, his superiors including the DA's office, AND the television news people who referred to the poses as "provocative" are ALL perverts, but you have decided that the parents that I presume you don't know from Adam, are not even guilty of acting irresponsibly in taking these photos.......based on what exactly?

Oh I see.....because you work in porn and people in PORN should know right?

The employee did the right thing in reporting it. If his judgement HAVING SEEN THE SNAPS (which we have not) was that they were inappropriate wh are you to cal him a pervert?

He referred the matter up, and it seems many people agreed with him. If not SOMEBODY wold have said to him "what is the matter with you, there is nothing wrong with that"

There are battles to fight against the moral majority and the way society is going, but this isn't one of them.
