that pic is amazing and haunting. i say this often: i am so glad to have lived/be alive during the time that i did/am. i can't imagine what kind of world our families will be living in after a few more generations. we think we have real problems? we will be looked back at as the lucky ones but also the ones to blame :2 cents:

many western countries realized the damage pollution was doing to their countries and communities years ago and have been progressive enough to stop and reverse the damage.
it is possible but it takes strict rules and local involvement..
