Not to flame or anything but seeing as I have thought about buying your content a number of times don't you think it would be wise to stop selling it when you say you are going to? I have seen a number of threads where you said this will be the last time I sell the content, etc. This is by far the most over used content I have ever seen on the net. :2 cents:

1. why is this not in the buy and sell forum? is that not the place to make such offers. it is at least what i interpreted at the root of this site and this area is for one time announcements and for general bullshit talking. figured this was in place so that the owners would have some leverage over the industry so that they could command whatever price they charge to advertise around here.

2. what kind of usage license does this material come with? more importantly what are the limitations and restrictions a site owner may face?

3. someone above mentioned something about you selling this package or something like it a lot or often. in the title you say grand opening though. that seems very confusing and if you had sold this before it also seems dishonest. can you please clarify this?

4. seeing that others have said you have sold such packages before. is it safe to assume you will make the offer again. what reassurances would a buyer have in its limitability, price guarentee's, and market saturation?

5. you mention the terms at the to which seem potentially reasonable based on the answers of 1-4. however i notice a post or so down that you asked to be paid more to ship internationally. curious about this considering if you use the USPS you would be looking at around 50 bucks to ship to say england. do you just not have it in your budget or are the european webmasters just not buyers?

i felt my questions where fair. number 1 was mostly a curiosity because i am new to posting around here.
i however do not much care for the attitude i perceived from your response to me. i do not know you from adam and i am sure the same goes for you. that being said i am not sure why the attitude, you are the seller and i was a potential customer. i do not care if others have wasted your time before or about your problems. i just demand that they do not get directed towards me when i have questions that deal with five thousand bucks from a stranger.
i can not think of a single reason why you can not post your general license or explain any of its limitations in a thread when it was asked of you by more than one person.
i also never suggested that it be sold exclusive because that would be retard stupid to even think that. however asking if there are any certainties about you selling it again in the future at other price points, or limiting the number of times you will sell it are all reasonable questions. again questions i would need answering before i would ever consider handing over 5k.

do not worry about icq. even though i do not use it, there would be no real need to communicate any more. something about the way you responded and the attitude i perceived from it has turned me off from it. sorry about this, but i am sure i will be able to find someone else in the next couple months who may also have large packages available that will speak to me in a more acceptable manner.
