After 12 years of promoting paysites, and making great money, its time for a strategy change.

My income from promoting paysites has gone from an average of $24,000/month in 2007 down to $14,000/month last month. :disgust

It was a great run but the writing is on the wall... paysites are dead.

Yes, sales will still trickle in but you can no longer depend on paysites for steadily increasing income like you could before. :2 cents:

There's always something new that's selling better than your current model. It's what sells in the long run that matters.

BIG BUCKS NOW has been helping me out.

Ive been doing cam since IFriends paid $10 for free sign-ups. Cam revenue increases over time with big jumps if you get a whale. Look for programs that pay at least 20% for life.

$14k a month is great, but not as good as your previous numbers. I can see why you think it's dead. Still a great profit though.

You're still making good profit so I'd consider diversify the niches you promote rather than drop paysites completely. Finding a great paysite that's not over saturated and in a solid niche will still make you alot of money. Hint, hint :winkwink:

Have you tried promoting any mobile stuff yet? I'm sure that this would make you some $. Hit me up on ICQ and we can talk about this and see what we can do. It sucks that your sales have dropped like that, but I'm sure that your site(s) get some mobile traffic that can help increase your earnings. I can easily have a mobile whitelabel created for you and all you would have to do is use our mobile redirect script to redirect any mobile traffic that you may get to your whitelabel. Just a thought. Not trying to spam your thread. This may not be cams, but it's a great money maker.

Just wanted to throw out another way to earn some $ since our mobile sites convert and retain great. Anyway, hit me up on ICQ when you get the chance.

Hi John, I agree there is still money to be made with paysites, its just that as an affiliate, the paysite model is on the decline overall.

I want to put my business in front of a wave rather than trying to surf a dying one.

My expenses have been steady at about $1000/month for servers and domain names the last few years.

Losing $10k/month in income sucks no matter what but I take it in stride.

What goes up must come down. Easy come easy go. I just thank goodness I saved a shitload of cash & didnt just blow it all. :pimp

We have it all
pps, lifetime revs, cobrands,whitelabels, two tier referral program (cam model, affiliate), 400k+ model base, most major niches covered. the list goes on.

im not jumping ship just yet, i'm just diversifying my niches at this point. reason is, my webcams conversions are worst than paysite ones.

I agree that webcams tend to have great payouts, but I also have had a harder time getting conversions.

I have had some mild success with webcams in the past. But I havent given them my 100% undivided attention for months at a time like I gave to paysites.

The choice is clear for me -- I want to be in a business with a product that is hard to get and satisfies a need.

Webcams still have life and lots of opportunities to grow income... paysites not so much.

Live porn is where the future is going:

- You can watch a cute college girl finger herself and tell her to lick her finger afterwards and she does whatever you say.

- Having a sexy girl watch you masturbate on YOUR webcam and tell you what she thinks as u blow ur load.

- Watching a couple fuck on camera and you command what they do next. Fuck her ass, give him a deepthroat blow job, fishhook her while giving it to her doggystyle etc etc...

I came to same conclusion about cams - meaning something real the surfer can get that can't be replaced or stolen (content). Thing is ... I can't convert them. Hopefully you'll have better luck.
