Make it real.

Its rare to see aesthetically-pleasing, well-proportioned and realistic fake boobs.

I think some plastic surgeons should have their med licenses revoked for the horrendous enhancement jobs they do sometimes.

Mine are real but to be honest after having 2 kids I wouldn't mind getting mine done. The problem I have rarely seen a good boob job. So I would have to vote I don't have anything against fake breasts I have something against shitty fake breasts
