I am gonna guess the surgeon either forgot his glasses that day, or else he was never very good at coloring withing the lines.

But for her its not the implants that look bad. At least not from that photo., but the scars. Some people do not scar well.

If by cutting off the nipples ends up like that, i think the 6 month wait for the other way is worth it...
