Here lets get this out of the way. Here is the ss of the payments I sent you as you made progress on the player, and there is the email of the date I received the sort of final product still missing features that were requested from day one. Even after that I sent you and additional 75.00

I did not pay you for use of it on only 1 domain. You knew from the begining I needed it for at least our 3 solo girl sites, and you knew I needed 3 different color schemes. You had no problem with that, and didn't ask for more money, but I sent you an extra 70.00 for your trouble. I haven't even installed the player on the other 2 sites because there are still issues with it since there are no titles or descriptions to be added. You developed this player FOR ME as per my specs, my design, and my ideas and my features. You got paid ABOVE the amount you requested. You can make up whatever shit you want to. You started on the project prior to me asking you to, then ran to gfy starting shit about it.

If you started on it prior to getting a deposit who is the idiot? You are. I sent you a psd of the layout to make sure you would be able to even make the player the way I wanted, I gave you the feature list and what was required in order to make sure that you could even make the player. If you are going to to cry and whine about shit you should NOT Of started on it prior to me giving you a deposit. If you would of told me you needed a deposit prior to starting it, I would of told you to hold off for a while as we were not ready for it yet. We did not have our cdn setup yet and were still running just .wmv videos.

Once I got everything setup I needed and finished getting all the videos re encoded, and things in place then I sent you money to finish it. I DID NOT receive any software until AFTER I paid in full. So if you are too fucking stupid to start doing work before the client asks you to start, and too fucking stupid to get a deposit prior to starting a project its YOUR FUCKING FAULT!.

You got paid IN FULL PLUS another 70.00. You made an agreement with me that we would sell the product, I would market it, and we would split the sales from the player 50/50.
