Why would some paysites not want to use affiliates?
 

Notice some paysites out there don't have a webmaster program.

Any reasons why a site wouldn't want others promoting it?

more than likely they do but not public..One reason being most programs get 90% of their signups from 5% of their affiliates..So why not save yourself the trouble of dealing with nobodies and just let that 5% in?...
and over saturation of course,i dont really believe in that one though :winkwink:

you mean they only deal with affiliates who can send lots of signups?

simple. if you know what the fuck you are doing, it can be much more cost effective to hire people, and train them to push your site. much, much more cost effective. i'm done talking :)

in most cases yeah....If i can get a 30 steady affiliates,whos traffic I know,who wont really need any support and will stay with me,why not? .... 30 webmasters sending 2000 signups is better than 500 sending 2000 isnt it?

some people just have a shit load of traffic and send it to their own sites,another reason for no affiliates

It takes alot of time to run webmaster program and if your smart enought you will allready know who the smart guys are and just get them to sell your programes.Saves alot of time and BS

I encourage all of my competitors to open affiliate programs, its the only way to get rich in this industry. Make sure to offer at least $45 per free trial signup with no shaving, and a 90% revshare program, or you're nobody.

After all, it's all about that sextracker counter, right? And who brings big traffic better than thousands of affiliates.

revenue stats (keeping in mind that i don't have an affiliate program). ie all my sales are my own, without affilitates. or we can do traffic i guess, though that doesn't really mean shit.
