Tube 8: Now with scat videos?

I won't post the link but go there and search "shitfest".

This industry couldn't be going to hell any faster than it is now.

:(

I just found some fisting too. Where are the people that locked up Max Hardcore when you need them?

pocketkangaroo 03-06-2009 01:41 AM

Some have had CP on them.

CarlosTheGaucho 03-06-2009 01:42 AM

Fucker is based out of Bulgaria I guess.

Does he have there a videosz whitelabel or something?

Can you promote those who process with regular billers with scat videos?

Same question would have to apply to those, who are accepting warez traffic, how about to try to pull down the processing for their sponsors?

We need to find a way how to solve this, I'm an experienced consigliere and I'll give it some thought, there's gotta be a loophole how to put those fuckers down.

Relax dude, take a breath and step away from the keyboard. Your emotional rage towards tube sites should be directed at those tube sites not at random nicknames on GFY. :1orglaugh

There is going to be a time when shit will have to change. Someone will start coming down on these tube sites, warez forums and torrents; no matter where the fuck in the world it might be hosted. These thieves are easily traceable as they shameless advertise and make money off providing content they have no fucking right to distribute. It's gotten way out of control, the music, porn/movie industry is getting HAMMERED; and it continues to get worse everyday as more & more people are learning about these shady sites and services.

IMO, everyone needs to be held accountable. People who host and advertise on these sites should be charged with conspiracy to distribute copyrighted materials. No fucking exceptions.

I ran into links on megavideo of countless HQ screeners of movies still in the theaters with 100s of thousands of views. :disgust

But if you start talking about regulation most here will scream the Internet should be unregulated. I'm for regulation and not scared of it. They regulate what's in magazines, TV, cinema and radio.

when shooting porn and trying to stay away from the evil fisting, the rule is the thumb has to remain on the outside of the vagina. :1orglaugh

four fingers is alright though. LOL

but the evil obscene thumb must not enter the precious flower vag :1orglaugh

I'd suggest to start with Google's YouTube. It's a biggiest tube site which has a shitload of copirighted content. All other tube sites are just small cockroaches comparing to it. And also don't forget about Google Images - there is a huge field for a serious legal battle :winkwink:

Yes to a certain extend the internet should be unregulated, we should be able to view any site we want, (I don't believe in "net neutrality" or traffic filtering). However, laws need to be more strict & regulated worldwide, and those who run & support deliberate illegal sites need to face serious consequences. When people are sent to prison it will change the mindset of a lot of companies out there, without as much financial support from advertisers, resources and the threat of real jail time, these huge tube and file sharing sites will fall on their faces fast. No it won't stop copyrighted material from being distributed completely, but even cutting it in half will be a giant step.

Youtube enforces copyright laws though, you don't see content with a complaining copyright owner up for more than a couple days. These other adult tube sites and warez forums exist for the sole purpose of displaying stolen copyrighted content and they don't give a shit. They casually claim they're not responsible for what's hosted/posted on their sites, the advertisers say they are not held accountable for the sites their ads are displayed on and the webhosts say they're not liable . I'm saying fuck all of them, they all need to be held accountable and charged with some sort of "conspiracy to distribute copyrighted material crime".

The war on piracy is like the war on drugs, expensive and ultimately counter-productive. We face the same problems as the music and the movie industry, their hard line approach hasnt worked either. The only thing that works is embracing the new formats and accepting the individual value of your product will become lesser but your base will become broader. Surely most of you know this?

I agree that the music and movie industry hasn't accomplished much to stop piracy. There aren't enough laws enforced against torrent sites, file sharing sites and tube sites to help them protect their copyrights though. They're having a tough time holding anyone liable, and dragging them into court has become a waste of time. I think in the next 3-4 years the laws will change to adapt to what the internet has become, and a lot more people will be liable for what they've been getting away with all this time. This includes hosts, advertisers, unregulated tube site owners, creators of torrent software, warez forum owners, etc.

BTW, large drug cartels and dealers aren't traceable companies and entities that make millions of dollars legally committing crimes. I don't see how enforcing more laws on the methods of pirated content being distributed is counter productive.

As piracy becomes more accepted and used by the average user, the value of your individual product go down, and it's getting worse and worse every year by a very large margin. These illegal sites get more traffic than some very large corporations out there.

As a matter of opinion I think piracy will soon become counter productive to the end-user if something doesn't change. Music labels won't sign as many artists, movies will have smaller budgets and less exclusive porn will be released and/or not available for download, (maybe a new DRM system, or flashing streams will be the future).

Yes because killing Napster was the end of most file sharing. :error

Have you ever wondered WHY piracy blossoms regardless of your efforts? Maybe your product is overpriced? Log in to your average "legal" porn membership area. Its a fucking joke.

And Internet TV shows, indy music, amateur porn, and internet celebrities will fill the void left by those dinosaurs. Just ask print publications. Maybe you should take off those rose colored glasses.
