Big Woody Awards @ The Players Ball - who would you like to see win and why?
 

Want to win a big dick? The 4th annual Big Woody Awards will be given away at the Players Ball 1/08/03. We need help creating 8 new non political categories and winners. Anyone can win for just about any reason. The idea is to give it to webmasters who are cool and creditable people, then we make up a reason why.

Existing Woody Award categories include:

Pimp of the Year

Playette of the Year

Rookie of the Year

Best Dressed (determined that night)

Pornstar Pimp of the Year (new)

Pornstar Playette of the Year (new)

Most downloaded woman on the net (who's seen the most in members areas) (new)

What other categories and winners should should have? I usually ask around and use my best judgement on final winners.

GFY poster of the Year?

If we use your suggestion, we'll give you and a friend VIP.

Party Goat handler of the year..with a special apperance by PG himself!

Anything I can win from home would be nice.

I was kidding. However, I can do Poster of the Year, it can be from any chat board. That might be a category.

Hall of Fame Woody is a great idea. We had the Players Club for a while, which was exactly that. However, I was giving away like 7 or so per Players Ball, then I ran out of worthy canditates and didn't want to just give them to anyone just to give them. Giving away just one makes more sense, so maybe we'll do that.

This just in, Ice-T is back as MC for the Players Ball. It's his 3rd Players Ball with us. He'll greet you at the door and he'll be pimpin' with me on stage. He wants you all to dress the part or don't come. He decides who gets in and who doesn't, he's my door guy. If you look real pimp, you can bypass the line, maybe.

2 more artists will perform full concerts. One of them is Digital Underground doing a REMIX set. I told them I didn't want it to get old, they've done 5 Balls now. So I told them I want the hottest beats of today for them to perform their old tunes to. The other artist is about to be confirmed, maybe today. He's a huge name artist with many current hits.

The roast idea is good. But who will we roast?

Life Time Achievement award (similar to Railz idea of Hall of Fame ) to one of the old timers , like Hef, or Larry, or Bob ,get them involved! I have never seen eighter one of them at the American shows. It took a trip to Germany to see Larry Flint at the Venus show!

If You dont ask you wont Know! Even If one of them show up, it will give the rest of them incentive to be there next time! And perhaps hold the award portion early enough to accomodate them! Dont forget, its all publicity for them in the new medium, and it is nice to be recognised by your peers in the industry!

I think that anyone who isn't covered in sweat wearing a big wooly pimp fur coat inside should get an award.
