The guy feeding him the lines, went too fast and unevenly. He memorised the oath and wanted to rush tru it. The Judge swearing Biden in, was reading it and fed the lines more evenly:2 cents:

First he flubbed the line, and then Judge Roberts flubbed it rereading it and then Obama said it a different way, so the line was said 4 different ways in a few seconds lol
