what is known bart cameras were not working at THIS TIME.
while being handcuffed he told the officers, 'i'm down', 'don't shoot me', 'don't taser me', i have a daughter'. about 50-60 witnesses saw this happen also this isn't the first time this has happened with this officer

also anyone who had a camera phone were confiscated, this young lady happened to have the only 'video'
