New Home Office
Well... finally have the new office carpeted, painted, and set up after the move.

Nice set up toots. But I'm noticing a few things missing that I find essential to my office.
I don't see your diamond encrusted golden pimp cup. I don't see any champagne on ice. I don't see an automated cocaine dispenser. I don't see an autographed photo of Juicy D. Links. But other than that...it's a'ight |

I kind of miss working from an actual home office. I did but then we got the dogs and they spend most of the day downstairs and so I ended up moving a desk down there to be with them. Not as good as having my own room where I can shut the door.

I plan on redoing our office sometime in the new year. I think we are going to use tile rather than carpet though, I figure it will be more durable and easier to clean

My main complaint, or concern, is that with most carpet. The padding will get ripped to hell by your wheels on your office chair. Like used to happen at my old place. I did not want that to happen here. Once the padding gets bad, your chair leans, and then effects your arms and back. This is even WITH the carpet pad guard thing. The dark shows EVERYTHING, but it is just my office. The carpet type seems to be a good match so far. |
For now I dont have an office big enough to worry about being set up nice. So it has small crappy desks, and crappy lamps..
