I am German, I am married to an American. My children are born in Germany and they are American Citizen because their father is American. Trust me, lots of loopholes. He is american.

To help you along... in most nations the sperm donor (father) is what citizenship is passed via jure sanguis to the children. In the US, to children born here, it does not matter (anchor babies) what the citizenship of the parents is. In Obama's case his mother was banging half the 3rd world so it is unclear what citizenships he has and where in fact he was born.

If you bothered to open the PDF you will see that it is in question if he was born in Kenya or in Hawaii. It is said that his mother was prevented (by the Kenyan authorities) from boarding the plane... thus Obama was born in Kenya.

Don't cry about it. I'm sure he's got a Hawaii birth certificate and his citizenship is secure.
