Car Recommendations... Bentley Continental - Aston Martin DB9 or ?

What are your opinions and experiences? I am trying to keep it under $200k.

Go new or a year or two older? Anybody on here own any of these cars?

Aston all the way....Bentleys are for rappers & trust fund kids now....imo

good thing you live in the US - over here you would be stoned by your clients if you asked them what 200K car you should buy ;)

I really love the look of the DB9. I just wish it had back seats big enough to hold someone over 5 years old. Any other car you recommend?

Many of my clients drive similar cars... I have to treat myself once in awhile.

sure, for me its perfectly fine - but my tax accountant was hiding his Porsche from his clients for nearly a year. it's good that it isn't that way everywhere ;)

Save your money so if the bottom falls out so your family can eat. Some of the richest men in the world drive old cars not worth much.

that thing is a fucking beast.

for the money, im not a fan. i have driven both and i would say hands down, go with the Aston Martin.

personally, i would get a Mbenz S65 :thumbsup

An S65 would definitely seat enough people, that thing is huge

and fast as shit! my friend has one, its crazy with 4 huge guys in a car that goes that fast. i want one, but i dont have an extra $180k laying around :(

ive been looking at an used S63 but not a lot out there

I got to tell you I worked for rolls royce. A beautiful car but not the most reliable, getting parts can be a nightmare. Also plan on getting fucked very hard on service costs. I worked for them in the 90's a major service was 5 grand.

db9 is the better choice i'd say .. but id say ud be more pimpin in the classic db6 ;)

DB9 is a great ride and when the top is down, its got great lines.
One of the best cars I have ever owned and actually shows some class because you don't see that many on the road.

The Bentley is such a poser car, the Aston Martin is 10x the machine. Why the DB9 though? The flagships are the DB12 and DBS :)

I'd say Mitch has been pretty conservative compared to his competitors who have magazine spreads devoted to their private jets and Bentley fleets... :winkwink:

If you do go for an Aston Martin I would shoot for the Vantage.

I live decently but certainly do not overdo it for most things.
