I want to pay someone to build me a kick ass tube.
 

I'm looking to pay someone to build me a top of the line tube site.

I have a lot of traffic at my disposal, and no decent place to put it.

Forgive my ignorance, but what all is needed to maintain a tube?

Meaning, once it is set up completely from head to toe, what is needed other than adding videos?

I have heard a lot of rumors about hosting the videos, but I assumed that the videos would be hosted at sponsors with the flv's?

I have seen a few different tube formats, so I'm wondering which one ends up earning more profit.

Recently just checked out PornTube.com , looks like a new concept.

But the biggest tubes - pornhub, redtube, etc.. basically just give it all away for free and have streamate as a cam sponsor.. along with a vod option..

I see you can sign up with some of these tubes via e-mail, what is that all about?

Also, are the legal videos just the ones you get direct from the sponsors? the flv's..?

Out of the few things a webmaster can do (who isn't a whale) - tgp, mgp, tube, galleries, freesites, adsense, .. what is honestly the most viable.

I have plenty of money, and plenty of traffic at my disposal. I have designers, not many programmers.. and I don't know how to install scripts, I can write a little code, but that's about it.

Basically looking to instruct on what I want, for a finished product that pretty much runs it's self (the only thing i have to worry about is traffic) maybe updating the site with some vids if necessary.

I need this site to be sharp, simple, clean, seo friendly, tracking, the works for a "finished product".

Basically I need an experienced person to hold my hand and build me a working tube from the ground up.

I know it's a lot to ask, but you will be paid properly :)

If anyone has any tips on what not to do, I would be very appreciative.

to store and deliver videos, a lot of video content,
and tons of time maintaining the site.

there's already so many players in that game.

why not send it to these guys:

pass along all affiliate revenue,
and they maintain the site.

the other option might be
to find an existing tube site
that will co-brand for you.

umm no you dont.
takes you 1 hr to maintain the site per day if setup right.
there is a lot of content for you to obtain from sponsors out there, more than enough.
and your hosting does not need to be top notch if configd correctly.

i got a tube site in beta that is loaded with vids, how much traffic you got ? if you got enough , we could split 50/50

i remember reading on a designer site that he makes TEVS skins and will install it and design it and make it ready to use for a decent price. Anyone know who this was?

I would have to agree, it takes an hour a day tops to maintain. If you have a good script you can have it set to run itself for months. with you just checking in to see if everything is going right. Also depends on what kinda tube you are running.

I am looking for a simple tube solution, and I have heard that it can take a lot of time and be very difficult when it comes to upkeep and maintaining. I have also heard that it is relatively simple once the site is up.

Basically just want to do bones minimum updates, and send it massive amounts of traffic.

Any idea on what the hosting bill is going to be like fellas?

I am a freesite/traffic man, and with the advent of tubes growing stronger and stronger lately (not just because of the tube sites, but because everyone is switching to tubes) my traffic is converting less and less with my freesites.

Stellar, if you hotlink videos from sponsors hosted galleries your bandwidth should be pretty low as the videos not loading from your server.

It's really hard to say how much bandwidth you will burn with either option.
