Beheading on Greyhound - gets even more bizarre!
 

Just heard on the six o'clock news that pieces of the victim's face in last week's stabbing and beheading incident in Manitoba were found in the stomach of Vince Weiguang Li, the accused murderer.

He's now under suicide watch and has requested to be killed (we no longer have the death penalty in Canada, unfortunately).

No online news source for further details...yet. Still looking.

Yea I heard this a couple days after it happened. Witnesses saw him eating the guys flesh as he cut it off.

i read a news article right now saying that it was found in a plastic bag in his pocket..

yeah there is a recording of the police chatter while it was happening and they said he was eating the poor guy

and this whole thing started from one officer asking a question

His death penalty punishment should be the victims family taking turns cutting his neck slowly with a semi sharp butter knife.

Life in prison, death penalty either way he's not getting out of prison unless it's in a box. So what's death penalty going to do but satisfy your urge for bloodlust. And you don't a thing to do with the victim. The victim's family, yeah I get it why they'd want to kill the guy. You, who are you? You've don't have a dog in this fight.

I think life in prison would be much worse then dieing. Your gonna die anyways - who the fuck would want to sit in jail for whatever years? I would prefer to be executed on the spot if i was going to do life cause you life is basically over anywanys (life without parole)

My thoughts on the death penalty:

It's wrong. Life in prison is a far greater punishment. Life without parole with some solitary confinement thrown in. Death is the easy way out.

On the other hand I do understand that the family might want to see the dealth penalty. In that case it should be the family that gets to kill the person. Let the family be the ones to do the lethal injections. I know if someone fucked with my family I'd want them dead too....but I should be the one to get the revenge. Otherwise life in prison in a cell with Big Bubba will do.

Here in America the cops would have just killed the fucker on the scene and say he reisted arrest or some shit, or if he did happen to get arrested would be put to death abruptly.

Call it blood lust on my part but I believe in the death penalty and if I ever heard of case that a death penalty is required it would certainly be this one.

I used to take the Greyhound all the time when I was in my early 20s just like the victim. I slept on a lot of those rides too. It's just so random and unpredictable. For some reason you never imagine a small guy doing it either. Li is only 5'4" tall and 130lbs.

I guess you have to look over your shoulder now and never nap during bus rides:Oh crap

I wonder if this is going to lead to new bus checks like airport checks before boarding.
