Well yes obviously Americans have a lower IQ than many other people from western countries but if you read the text instead of being a smart ass right away you will see that America is kinda of an expection.

That study is not very accurate, it puts Ireland in place 36 India in place 60. There are numerous astonishingly clever and phenomenally successful businessmen that are East Indian.
