Bottom line for all the new people out there, porn= no money.

I have been promoting sites for years I made 1 sell which was .70 cents commission to date. I thought I would give it a second chance and tried multiple sources of traffic. I bought ads on very high traffic sites that where relevant to the sites I was promoting, did Google ad words, promoted on TGPS sent 10,000's of clicks to 5 different programs and I got a whopping 0 signups!!!!!

I spent 1000's on advertising, I used every source of advertising available to send potential customers to these affiliate programs.

If anyone knows the secret please send me a message cause I have no fucking clue why I can't make more than $1 at this fucking business...

Well, for one, this page says May 2008, and this one says June 2006, but the domain wasn't even purchased until May 2007.

Thems lots of numbers.

Start out withk meta adult like Dating. Cams is too hard to sell if you don't get it, but dating you can monitor how well it's going from the number of free and some of them will always convert.

When you have 100 blogs running with 1000 SE hits a day you will start seeing some money.

I'm talking about porn traffic, I just think most sponsors get signups but they don't credit us for the sales.

The SEO program in my signature is specific for non adult traffic.

So, you're claiming nonspecific programs are shaving you, and that your signature has nothing to do with the industry of which you are participating.

You also mention adwords. Although I never had a real good long term adwords campaign I had several and if I don't break even I am very close to it. If you can't make a single signup from google adwords traffic you must be doing something very seriously wrong.

would love to see what exactly you are doing cause spending thousands on advertising and getting no sales sounds almost impossible....I was getting a sale or 2 a week from kinghost galleries submitted to the hun back when i first started, and that was with no investment other than time from my side...

some people are just not cut out for this biz...cut your loses and get a day time job...

I get affiliate code urls buy adwords contextual ads, by choker traffic for movie niche for example teen site would get movie niche teen traffic, placed affiliate banners on sites that get well over 100,000 unique visitors a day niche related, bought ads from juicy ads, avn and a few other ad buying sites. Did all my research to make sure sites had good alexa ranking, US traffic etc.

Submitted gallerys using popular TGP submitting programs paid companys to submit I did also manually, Had a alt porn site generated over 100,000 pageviews a month placed relevant alt porn banners on site. This is a brief summery. Did I do something wrong?

Show some screen shots of your conversion ratio's from sponsors or else I would say you are lying...

thats what happens when you buy shitty skimmed traffic.

try using your seo skills to generate targeted traffic then you'll start seeing some sales.

unfortunately there is no guaranteed formula for making money in this field.

dont get fooled by Alexa rankings, a lot of those sites may have big traffic numbers but they also have a large portion of freeloaders who wont buy. Also are you sending directly to the sponors tour or sending them through your own landing pages? I have found using landing pages not only filter the traffic better but get better results in sales.

It also depends on what sponsor you are promoting, what price points they are offering etc etc...if it was as easy as just sending as many people as possible to your site and sales will roll in everyone would be rich...a lot depends on the niche, your sales text, if it a oversaturated sponsor, over saturated niche etc etc...

but again if you have already spent thousands with no results this biz may not be for you and you may be heading towards bankruptcy if you continue....dont get caught up in the hype some sponsors try to put out there with their pics of fancy cars and stacks of cash...its not that easy unless you really know what you are doing.

You can make money in porn I have no real seo skills and have only been in adult for just over a year and I do make money from it...not huge amounts but I do make money from it.
Learn how to monetize your sites and read . I have belive it or not learned alot from GFY and other adult forums, and if you are serious about making money in adult then dont give up and if one thing dosent work then try something different. I have only ever once purchased traffic and its not the amount of traffic you get its the quality of traffic you get. :2 cents:

I send the surfers to pre made hosted gallery's mostly.

IF you do have large amounts of traffic to your site why not sell some banner space or text links and make some of your money back. At least you will be making something back on it, You could also try ppc affliates on your site
