Please contact: [email protected]

Offer good for 7 days from this post.

I've had many nice five figure offers for several of these names individually. I prefer to sell them as a group, however, if your offer enough, maybe we could strike a deal.

Thank you very much!

Memorial Day Sale!

S e x y L a d i e s . c o m = $115,000.00 (This offer ends Monday)

Domain investors,

Here is your opportunity to purchase a premium type-in domain name! Type-in traffic is constant and oh so valuable. Using PPC only, this name EARNS! Imagine what you could earn directly selling your very own product to this traffic!!!! This could be your next GREAT investment!

Contact: [email protected]

Thank you very much for all offers received so far!

High 5 figure offers have been received (for - s e x y l a d i e s . c o m - alone) and refused, it is just a matter of time before the right investor sees this, so don't delay!

From TrafficClub.com PPC stats:

Jul 2007 7559 (244/day) $504.57 ($16.28/day)

Aug 2007 7689 (248/day) $885.79 ($28.57/day) - This month the Sponsor switched to a more suitable landing-page for the traffic. Earnings begin to really climb over the next four months!

Sep 2007 6437 (212/day) $908.59 ($30.29)

Oct 2007 8330 (269/day) $1,073.04 ($34.61/day)

Nov 2007 8989 (300/day) $1,242.70 ($41.42/day) See how matching the desire of the visitor with the product GETS RESULTS!!

Dec 2007 8943 (288/day) $401.38 (TrafficClub loses partner and begins transition to new Company)

Last 6 months at Traffic Club averaged 261 visitors per day and $27.28 per day including the obvious first and last "off months" of earnings.

This is type-in traffic and ppc earnings using - ONLY PPC! Imagine what you could do selling directly to these customers!!!!

Excluding the two "off months" (in earnings) the four months in between averaged $33.69/day

Simply changing the landing page AND NOTHING ELSE, the monthly earnings went from $504.57 to $885.79 . . . then climbed steadily all the way up to $1,242.70 per month - again this is ppc only.

No, it actually IS my urine. The urine soaked stats sheets are NOT included in the purchase price. They cost extra.

Easy concept!

Tons of offers (including High five figure offers) tend to make me believe that a lot of people are interested in this thread and these domain names. All it takes is a person with the means to invest - to see this offer!

Have a great Memorial Day!

Because some of the highest offers have come from this board. People YOU know are interested in some or one of these names. These are people offering HIGH FIVE figure offers for just one domain name.

People who know better know it isn't a waste of time. Plus, anybody that is annoyed can just not click on the thread. Simple.

I've sold a bunch of great names on this board. I don't want a few poo throwing morons on GFY keeping me from offering domains to those that actually "get it!" It might appear that a lot of people are not interested in my domain names, but they are the ones that can't afford them anyway.

Anyway, all is good with me!

I hope your weekend is going well.

HAVE A GREAT MEMORIAL DAY!

I'm not trying to say anything bad, just making an observation. It seems like if you had those offers, you would have taken one rather than having to keep coming to a board where people just laugh at you.
If you feel they are worth so much money, why waste your time here? Again, just an observation..have a good holiday before you get banned again

No problem at all!

I can see how some, who don't understand domain names, might believe the morons who post the bad stuff. Somehow, the people with money always seem to understand more and be smarter than the people without money. It is easy to be confused by the morons on GFY.

It is the morons on GFY (without money) who tend to jump into threads (like this) and start flinging poo.

Finally, to ease your worry . . . . I don't HAVE to come here to try to sell names. I know a lot of people on this board and I've sold a lot of names on this board. Believe it or not, there are some real serious money makers on this board who understand domain names and values.

The people who "laugh at me" are welfare collecting dolts who can't stand the fact that they missed out on the domain name gold rush, so they pop up to bash and cry. I laugh at them.

Just read old threads, it is the same few cement heads over and over again.

I'll have a great Holiday, I hope you have one too

See ya!

I'm not interested in convincing the dolts of the world the value of domain names.

You don't need to worry about "seeing" these so called offers. Those who understand, know what is what. Those who don't, continue to struggle through life.

Sorry about your luck.

I thank those who have submitted offers! I hope we can close a deal this holiday weekend!

Have a great Memorial Day!

Lol, after four years, Greg finally wised up and got serious about selling his domains and posted their traffic stats. You're getting desperate to move them now that your type in traffic is earning you shit.

fris 05-25-2008 11:07 PM

He doesnt actually own the names, hes just brokering, I have known several people sending him serious emails, to that aol address, and got nothing but bullshit responses.

Yep, I've heard the exact same things by quite a few people. A friend of mine was willing to give him his asking price for one of his domains, but instead of Greg proceeding with the sale he just kept responding with his bullshit immature emails asking all kinds of weird questions. My friend just gave up and told me the guy was a serious wackjob. What I don't understand is why he would be such a horrible salesman if he was really trying to move the domains and earn his cut.

The great thing about Type-In domain names is that they NEVER lose their traffic. NEVER! That is why they are worth so much money. The earning potential is only limited to the traffic owner. That is why a program owner could easily afford to buy this domain name and come out WAY ahead - Very Quickly!

I've mostly used PPC, the worst way to earn from traffic and I've made GREAT money from this type-in traffic! Program owners and content owners are certain to do FAR better! An investor could own this great asset, and being earning from the type-in traffic today!

Selling domain names:

Ask anybody who I've sold domains to in the past. Many on this board, many on other major domain name boards. Easy sale, easy, trustworthy, quick. I've sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of domain names over the years to some of the biggest domain investors on the Web. I've also sold many to people I don't even know. Never once had a problem. Often, we would even transact without using escrow. Now THAT is trust. Try wiring $15,000 to Fris or Lazycash without any sort of recourse and see what happens.

This is a legit offer and serious inquiries are dealt with professionally and quickly.

Have a wonderful Memorial Day!!!

Thank you for the offers so far!

fris 05-26-2008 08:42 AM

Wasnt the 175,000$ offer good for a week, 20 times before?

Plus you are very unprofressional when being contacted via email

Taoisea 05-26-2008 09:15 AM

I don't know if I've offered this group of names 20 times before, maybe once or twice?

What I do know is that the price is available again - now!

It is an opportunity for those who are looking to invest, to invest in a group of high quality domain names.

It is standard practice to limit price offers to help prevent misunderstandings for those investors who find old posts. Sometimes prices go up. Sometimes names are sold. Just a courtesy for the investors seeking deals!

IF I was short with you via e-mail, it is only because I don't waste time with clowns.

Serious inquiries and offers are always responded to quickly and professionally.

Let's make a deal today!

I HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GREAT MEMORIAL DAY!!!

fris 05-26-2008 09:37 AM

I know a person who offered you up front via escrow, and you starting being a jack ass

tranza 05-26-2008 09:43 AM

There's a LONG way to go from high five figures offers (like you said) to the asking price.

I highly doubt you were getting anything past 4 figures offers (at the most!).

:2 cents:

If PPC is the worst way to monetize type in traffic as you claim, why don't you forward a few of the domains to affiliate links matching the domain's niche. You can do that in five minutes and you'll get to immediately see if the traffic is as good as you claim it is. Why not post your type in earnings for the last three months since thats how you have come up with your asking prices in the past. Also, your response didn't have anything to do with my reply, I'm not questioning your pricing as much as your immature non professional way of conducting business that drives off potential buyers. Are you the owner of the domains, or merely a broker?
