Funny you say that. I have a good friend whos mother went on vacation to Italy. While touring around, she found a little city she loved (can't remember the name off the top of my head) and stayed for a few days. She wound up meeting the mayor (or their equivalent) of the city, fell in love and he proposed. She came back to the states, closed up shop, moved back and is such a happy person. They are married now and living in his town.

You see or hear things like this all the time in movies/stories, but never think they actually happen. I guess there is something to be said for Italy and putting people in that frame of mind. What a great place and I hope to visit soon!
