i 3-4 hours :Oh crap :(

I get 8 lately, used to run on 5 but I'm taking it easy now.

7 to 10 depends on the day.

Nowhere near enough, fucking insomnia.

not enough.. takes me forever to fall asleep and when I do fall asleep I sleep for MAYBE 4 hours. Insomnia is a motherfucker.

7 - 10 hours a day. It really depends on how well I sleep. If I sleep like a king and do not wake up much or take trips to the pisser, I'm solid on 7 or 8 hours, sometimes even 5 or 6. I don't like it but I can survive.

However, if I sleep like shit, tossing and turning... I'll sleep for 10 hours easy. Then lay in bed another hour or two and think about killing myself because my head hurts so much.

I need 8 hours. Wednesday I didn't go to bed till late, and woke at 9am. Only got 6 hours sleep. So that fucked me up and last night I went to bed at midnight and I only got up an hour ago (10:30am) Should be back to getting 8 hours htis weekend tho. Too busy to sleep any longer.

anywhere from 8 to 12, but then again i work from home so i can sleep whenever i want :)

me too and I fucking hate it :mad: Not sure why, maybe I'm depressed. I set the clock radio so I can get 8 hours of sleep and then I just snooze/sleep and when I go up it's been 10 hours.

About 6-7 Hours a Day Weekend maybe 10

9-14 , anything less and ill be needing an afternoon nap
