So besides just the Forum being impressive, I was blown away by Arizona all together.

Looking around at home costs and such now, and seriously considering a move to the area...

Anyone living there with any :2 cents: to add about Arizona life?

Too dry out there for me. But playing football with cute ASU girls at 7 am on Saturday morning makes me want to at least visit more often.

The Ocean thing is a lil concerning for me, I've been a water baby my whole life... but looking back... living in a beach city, I've been maybe 15 times in the last 5 years. I'd probably see it more vacationing, living somewhere a little bit more affordable than I do now.

As far as I am aware Arizona is not the proper habitat for munkies... :winkwink:

Def will do, very very impressed by the area, got a lil family there with nothing but good things to say as well. I think I need to see a summer there, when it's really hot, but so far I stand amazed.

Great place to live, If you like Meth, ranchero music, illegal immigrants, Heat that makes Hell look nice. Insane sheriff and Meth then it is a great place to live. Hope you like traffic.

I love living in AZ. It's clean, beautiful, quiet, cheap and I love my guns!

I lived in Tucson for a large part of my life. Loved it, I love the desert, the women, and I wouldn't live anywhere else except for Vegas which is pretty much Arizona w/casinos.

The phoenix area, just like anywhere else can be rough but it all depends on where you go. pros: always sunny, one hour to the beach or the mountains, golf courses on every corner. cons: heat, heat heat.

Depends on what you want to live around. The clubbing scene and higher end shit is in Scottsdale, Tempe is the college town, Mesa is kinda dumpy but with some nice parts, Gilbert is like Family Town, Chandler has some really nice parts but also some shit parts. I would say you prolly want to be in Scottsdale or Tempe. I live in Tempe.

I'm going back to the South myself. Texas to start, but I'm thinking about someplace like Arizona or Nevada later on. I crave sunshine.

Besides the fact that I can see a lot better when it's sunny... I'm a lot more cheerful.

I was born and raised in Arizona. I currently live in Tucson, but really want to move to the Scottsdale area. But you you like warm weather, no snow, and the few months out of the year where its like 120 degrees, then it's a great place.

I'm sure it beats Lansing Michigan :)

Yep! The amount of hot girls there is just fucking wrong. Went out to a couple of strip clubs while I was there and that talent alone was enough to make me wanna move. Did anyone see the girls at the porn.com party that were working there??? They call the dorm building that was right around the corner from us "24 floors of whores" any town with one of those has my vote. I guess I could get away with wake boarding for a couple of years.

I love Phoenix. Spent my summers out there growing up. I have a ton of family still out there. Seems like most places on the outskirts are nice, but you can find some great deals in the city as well. Lets put it this way. My brother bought his house in Litchfield Park (on the west side of Phoenix) about 7 years ago for $158,000.00. He had it appraised 2 years ago for $550,000.00. Buy a house now lol!

I've been blown away by real estate there...

Where I am now, wouldn't be able to afford a fixer upper... peeling through AZ ads, we could actually own something decently nice...

Lot's of food for thought to say the least...

Been looking around Tempe, and Scottsdale so far...

AZ is great. Been here 5 years. Don't plan on being around much this summer tho. Its just way too hot. I'll take Chicago over AZ from June-Sept.

i've been living here 4 years now and love it more each month!

I spend a lot of time there and it's great. The only part that can be kinda lame is paying for taxis, car service, etc. through a night of partying. Summer is brutal too. Very fun town though with a lot of new things always happening.

I ripped up my return ticket and am looking for a place to rent!
