That's very sad, if he'd at least have the balls to tell everybody that he totally fucked up and there is no money left, fine...but constantly telling everybody the money is on the way and not paying makes him sound like a scammer.

I delt with something like this too and I have heard of many others. Now that batts has sold his program he will probably never show his face again as that was his only tie to this place

I was doing consulting for him before he started I had to quit because my ICQ log looked very similar to yours he even told me he sent me and Ellisa a check with our wedding present, then it was a wire then it was overnighted then it was wired then it was western union ahh you name the delivery method of money he tried it but never could get it to work

I liked the guy but he couldn't run a business to save his life.

What did he spend the company income on?

he owes me money that he agreed and promised to pay, that is all, it's enough, not large, not tiny

1st there was bucks18 (made 30+ sales, and even more rebills, paid nothing)
2nd there was Fantasy Content Tracy (did epass-paypal transfer, didnt receive her end of the deal)
3rd, now is Batts, (made 20+ sales and received $0.00)

I read the ICQ logs. Good god man, I nominate you for sainthood! As I read it I thought maybe he eventually made payments on what he owed you thus far and when you came back it was in reference to other later payments due. I wouldn't even let my own family do that to me.

he finally paid me but i had to bump every thread he ever made one afternoon ... good luck ...

So he must be taking in money still.
