Trying to cause problems for the AWM Open 08 ?? Appearently the hotel got an international call, telling them there is a PORN convention going on ! Luckily they understood after a talk with the promoter, that there was NO PORN or anything illegal involved in the marketing seminars.

So they had no problem in letting the event take its course. The apx 150 webmasters in attendance had a great time. It never ceases to amaze me to what lenght some people will go to, to do harm to others. Now be a Man and fess up! Lets see what you have to say about being an Idiot ?:321GFY

This board as well as this industry in general has been full of minors and haters for nearly as long as I can recall. Only real difference now is that you actually have to work some to make any cash which used to keep the minors happy and at bay. Now a days the economy is heading way south and the minors and haters have nothing else to do aside from stir up shit, pretend to make money and due business and of course get their rocks off by trying to fuck up anything they can for self gratification.

We are just reaping what we sowed by never making people prove their identity when singing up as an affiliate, a board member, or whatever. Instead we let anyone who can click a link join this industry without even checking an ID, we run countless contests where anyone can earn money & sigs to be bought on boards anyone can join and the list goes on.

Then something like this happens and it surprises anyone? Hell I am surprised it does not happen more often and be more severe.

JFK, I also read that thread, if I remember correcly, someone mentioned that the very hotel where you were staying was pretty much anti porn

so probably just some GFY'er decided to have some fun and he hoped he'll cause the biggest drama in GFY history, if all of you got suddenly arrested there in Thailand
