SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

No, we don't offer the ccbill option yet.
I tested it and found some serious loopholes
when using ccbill as that option.

We do plan on offering Epoch very soon!

The problem I'm having is that you didn't ask.

I hope that the increase in revenue you get from having hosted galleries is enough to cover the traffic that I'll no longer be sending you.

JR, please oh please show me the email or ICQ log where I told you it was ok to use my templates.

Joel had a sales contest thing for wantboobs, if you send so many sales in so many days you'd get a free DVD player or 20 free banners.

I told him I wanted the graphics work for my prize, but I didn't want banners, I wanted more headers for galleries like the ones in the links I posted earlier.

Joel asked to "SEE" the custom headers that I paid for, and then the next thing I heard from him was that he was offering hosted galleries and "here's what the templates look like"

Nowhere in there did I tell him it was ok to use my stuff for his other webmasters, I was showing him my stuff so his graphics guy could get an idea of what I wanted done for the "prize" that I had won for sending 150 sales.

BTW, I never did receive the custom work that I won for the contest. I guess the designer was too busy taking my ideas for every other webmaster in the world to use.

This isn't the first time we've had an issue over using my ideas either.
I was surfing snakesworld one day and I saw an "EXACT" copy of one of my wantboobs galleries posted there.
I did a whois on the domain and guess who owned it?

I confronted him with it and he told me it was a newbie webmaster that he was providing free hosting for, and that he "showed" him some of my galleries so he could get ideas about "what works" for selling wantboobs.

He said he had "no idea" that the guy would copy my page.

It takes several hours to build a gallery that converts, not to mention the time and money wasted testing out galleries that don't convert before you find a winner.
You just don't go showing your good webmasters sales techniques to everyone in the world.
That's bad business.

You NEVER said you were going to take my gallery templates/sales text etc etc etc to make your hosted galleries with.

Any gallery builder worth his bandwidth bill would have a problem with that.

IF that's true that really sucks. I would be STEAMING MAD if any affiliate I used told people to rip me off - and I'd sue.

If JR admited to the guy 'COPYING" your page then JR needs to send you all the cash he made from that page and not pay the affilaite who copied you. Not just the affilaiate's money, but JR's take on it too or Joe is a co-conspirator in copywrite theft.

Did you tell others about his marketing techniques (meaning which galleries work)?

cause if you did I doubt many people would want to EVER market your stuff again as if you did do that you cannot be trusted.

Want Boobs, you should consider backing down now if you are in the wrong. Just apologize to the guy, send him a thousand dollars for his work, make sure he gets the prize he won, and look like a good guy. Your company reputation is worth more than a free hosted gallery template.

It's a lot easier to end this now than it will be once the thread gets to 600 posts.

I told my designer the other day about
Lenny's work. I cannot help that he is
really busy. He has known for sometime but
I needed to know exactly what he wants.

He knows about it, Lenny can still have what
he earned. He needs to let me know.

Anyways, I will be happy to make it up
to Lenny, I did not steal or take his templates
with any intentions.

Lenny sends a nice amount of sales, it's a shame
to see him go over this. But, he should have
said something last week when I sent the samples
over to him.

To resolve this issue, we will overwrite the
hosted galleries with newer ones in 48 hours
or less.

We will use our headers, the rest of the
gallery will be different. It will likely
not reflect Lenny2's work in any way.
