LOL, unfortunately this is correct. Its a phenomena. The good news is most of them are transplants to the Jersey shore for the summer from Staten Island. Although North Jersey has a fair amount of douchebags also. I worked a summer at the breeding ground for these kind of guys called "DJais" in Belmar NJ.
