That is a sad thing to have happen to someone.
I really feel for him,

Poor guy still did not look ok after the surgery...

So sad...
I watched a documentary not too long ago about a young girl who has the same disease, although hers hadn't progressed to that state yet. She couldn't eat, drink, see, talk, and she was literally suffocating to death because of her degree of her deformity. It definitely puts things into perspective whenever I think my life sucks.
